Reschedule your appointment

Have you booked an appointment that no longer works for you? Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change your appointment. Instead, you must cancel your current appointment and book a new one.

If you cancel later than 24 hours before your appointment, please contact the clinic at kontakt@billund-osteopati.dk. Failure to do so may result in full payment being required.

Health insurance

If you’re dealing with an injury, keep in mind that many insurance companies cover osteopathic treatment. Check your insurance policy (private or through work) to see if you’re covered.

If you are using your health insurance, please be aware of the following:

  • The clinic must receive your insurance documents by your first appointment. You can either send them in advance to kontakt@billund-osteopati.dk or bring them with you to your first appointment.
  • If your insurance does not cover the full amount of your treatment, there may be a patient co-payment, which will be settled after each consultation.
  • It is your responsibility to keep track of your insurance coverage (e.g., number of treatments, time period, coverage amount). If there is no coverage, the bill will be sent to you. Your treatment costs are a matter between your insurance company and you.

Subsidies from Sygeforsikringen “danmark”

If you are a member, you can receive subsidies from Sygeforsikringen “danmark”. On sygeforsikring.dk, you can see what Sygeforsikringen “danmark” offers in subsidies, as well as read about the terms and conditions that apply
